You are at home

Unique in Morocco, Oualidia is boarded by a lagoon isolated from the ocean and forming a sandy bay where water flows and goes. The town itself takes its name from a very old Kasbah that was built in the 17th century for the last saadian sultan El Wali.
Maison El Manzar has 3 suites and 2 rooms each with individual bathroom or shower, a spacious open kitchen where dining or kunching is very nice living room with stove for heating (electric individual heaters are also available upon request), TV and library.
A nice garden and multiple furnished sunny terraces surround the house.

El Manzar house

Giving onto a breathtaking lagoon, it is the area of relaxation that sunbathers seek. Our chaises longues are ideally placed for sunbathing occasions. Various shades and meal areas are also arranged for ultimate wellbeing.

The house has several living spaces for lunches, dinners or gatherings around the fireplace. For relaxation, the house also offers a home cinema in the lounge section, as well as a library.

From the terrace, a little trek crosses eucalyptus trees and leads to the beach where a good swim is possible, as well as taking an outrigger out to the laguna waters to fish, sunbathe or eat on the sandy dunes delicious oysters and crabs from local fishermen.

A flowery garden around the house near the Medina, this shaded area is very much appreciated by readers, especially during summer.
